May 1, 1859 ~ Martin Luther Lutheran Church organized.

November 3, 1892 ~ Wood Street church dedicated.

September 14, 1913 ~ Wood Street parochial school building completed.

December 3, 1924 ~ Hudson-Clearmount site purchased.

October 14, 1930 ~ Wood Street property sold.

March 29, 1931 ~ Ground breaking services held.

May 24, 1931 ~ Cornerstone placed into position at Hudson-Clearmount site.

November 15, 1931 ~ Farewell services held in old church.

November 22, 1931 ~ First service held in parish house.

March 11, 1934 ~ Martin Luther Lutheran Church dedicated.

October 27, 1946 ~ Mortgage-burning service.

November 23, 1947 ~ Outdoor church sign presented by Fellowship Class.

January 18, 1948 ~ Parsonage dedicated.

April 25, 1948 ~ Yahrling Memorial Tower Bells dedicated.

February 20, 1949 ~ Beginning of radio ministry over WBBW.

May 1-25, 1949 ~ Celebration of 90th Anniversary.  Dedication of parking lot.

June 5, 1955 ~ Dedication of Undercroft.

1959 ~ Celebration of 100th Anniversary.

March 1959 ~ Pledged $100,000 to ALC for Poland Mission Church.

1968 ~ Emma Lenz Bell Choir organized.

October, 1970 ~ Dedication of renovated Fellowship Hall and gymnasium.

February, 1977 ~ New public address system installed in sanctuary.

1984 ~ Celebration of the 125th Anniversary

November 23, 1986 ~ Ramps dedicated

February, 1987 ~ Food pantry established.

January 1, 1988 ~ Formation of the Evangelical Lutheran Church of America.

October 29, 1989 ~ Celebration of 130th Anniversary.

September 1, 1998 ~ Christine Knuth retired after 64 of service as organist.

September 19, 2007 ~ Loisjean Paige hired as head of Children’s Department.
